Where do you ship?
I ship to most locations worldwide, if your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch via the contact page to discuss shipping options. Shipping prices vary by item and location.
Please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and you may be charged VAT or other import taxes upon receipt of your item. Please research your local postage and import rules before purchasing.
The UK has now left the EU, due to this there may be fees or import duties to pay if you are based in the EU. Your parcel may be held by Customs for payment to be made for these fees or import duties. Please research your local import rules before purchasing.
When will my order ship?
The current turnaround time for made to order items is 1-2 weeks. Made to order items include pincushions, plush pillows, sleep masks, felt ornaments & felt brooches. If you require your order sooner, please contact me so we can discuss options.
I ship all orders to the United Kingdom First Class with the Royal Mail.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard. International parcels do not come with tracking as standard, if you would like your parcel tracked please contact me to discuss the extra cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK - 1-3 days after dispatch
International - 2-8 weeks after dispatch (approx)
International shipping times can vary greatly depending on location and customs.
Can you guarantee shipping times?
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee international shipping times. International parcels do not come with tracking as standard, if you would like your parcel tracked please contact me to discuss the extra cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please send me a message and I will do my best to fix the problem, whether that is replacing an item or offering a refund.
I require that the item be returned to me before a refund can be offered.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, I will request shipping to be paid again to resend and confirmation of your address.
